Thanks to a bout of Covid-19, I’ve had the chance to think about how we manage our energy. Rather than thinking about it like time management, looking after our energy involves taking a different perspective. Thinking about energy as not just physical but emotional, mental and spiritual can help maintain our wellbeing and be less likely to get side-tracked when things change or are uncertain.
