I’ve recently read a ‘behind the scenes’ memoir by former BBC ‘Newsnight’ booker, Sam McAlister. It’s a brilliant read and features some fascinating insights behind some of the interviews on the show. But, there’s so much more to learn from this about negotiation and communication skills.
