When my business was launched in 2004, the logo was both a play on my name and showed my intention to offer clients a different perspective.
The new logo isn’t all about design …it’s all about change…
I’ve spent almost 20 years working with large organisations when they’re planning and experiencing change, whether that’s introducing new services, IT systems or responding to what’s happening in the market.
I’ve helped develop strategies on multimillion-pound projects to ensure that the people involved are engaged and so reduce disruption, risk and cost.
Through all that, I’ve seen the effects the uncertainty of change has on people’s wellbeing and confidence and I know we can do better.
So, what’s the Twist?
When people – including leaders - are put at the heart of change, when the process starts with them and they don’t feel it’s being ‘done to them’, everything has a different focus.
In our rapidly-shifting world, organisations that support people through transition and transformation by creating empathetic, healthy environments are winning.
Seeing the direct impact that organisational change has on wellbeing and resilience, my work with leaders is now focused on delivering sustainable transformation and creating healthy workplaces that support both people and the planet.

I’m currently carrying out research into wellbeing and change, so if you’d like to be involved let me know
A big thank you to… Christian Tait for bearing with me in developing the new logo and a huge thank you to my extraordinarily talented friend Ali Ginn who created the original logo almost 20 years ago and helped make sense of my crappy brief.
