The world has changed quite a bit since Twist was launched in 2004 and the focus on the people side of business – and particularly change – has moved right up the priority list.
To reflect this, I’ve introduced new tools, like coaching and wellbeing, in addition to my change, communications and engagement services, all covered by a new-look site. This is all designed to help organisations and individuals flourish through change, particularly in our VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) world..
